In the military field, Lai Fu has successfully participated in the development, sale and follow on support of many of the major weapons systems purchased by the ROC military over the past 41 years. Included are the IDF (Indigenous Defense Fighter) design, development, test, and manufacturing program; the sale of the F-16 fighter to the ROC Air Force. General Dynamics Standard Missile and Phalanx CIWS to the ROC Navy. M48H tank to the ROC Army; HR-76 Fire Control System, ADAR-M weapons control system and Advanced Combat System to CSIST; FMC's MK-13 GMLS (Guided Missile Launching System) to the ROC Navy. In commercial aerospace Lai Fu sold seventy McDonnell Douglas and Bombardier aircraft to six airlines and three leasing companies in Taiwan.

Lai Fu imports and distributes high technology ballistic glass and panels for the defense and building industries.
